Abstract

The Diploma thesis deals with design of rotary feeder, which is functioning on the principle of centrifugal forces, the feeder feeds polymer tubes. The thesis begins with an introduction to the issue through the recherche, dealing with selected methods of industrial transportation, continues with description ofdesigned feeder and functions of its components, and the necessary projection calculations are carried out. Last, but not least, the work includes topics about process safety measures, as well as the implementation of service tasks to prolong technical life of the equipment. Technical drawing documentation is also part of the thesis.
