Motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců. Cílem je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují zkoumanou problematiku a zda existuje vliv zaměstnaneckých benefitů právě na tuto oblast. Obsahem práce je teoretické představení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců, dále teoretické vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů, a také popis použité metodiky výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda dotazování formou dotazníkového šetření na online platformě. Následné vyhodnocování proběhlo analýzou získaných dat, díky které bylo možné navrhnout doporučení pro zaměstnavatele v České republice. Z provedeného šetření vyplývá, že nejdůležitějšími faktory pro zachování motivovaných a spokojených zaměstnanců jsou adekvátní finanční ohodnocení, dobré vztahy na pracovišti a zajímavost práce. Ačkoliv výzkum neprokázal klíčovou roli zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve zkoumané problematice, zaměstnanci jsou s jejich poskytováním spokojení. Přispívat k tomuto pozitivnímu vztahu mohou pravidelné analýzy demografické struktury zaměstnanců, jelikož byly vypozorovány značné rozdíly v závislosti na věku, pohlaví či nejvyšším dosaženém vzdělání.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with employee motivation and job satisfaction. The aim is to determine which factors influence this issue and whether employee benefits have an impact on it. The thesis includes a theoretical introduction to motivation and job satisfaction, a theoretical definition of employee benefits, and a description of the research methodology used. Data were collected using a survey method in the form of an online questionnaire. The subsequent evaluation was carried out through analysis of the collected data, which made it possible to propose recommendations for employers in the Czech Republic. The results of the research show that the most important factors for maintaining motivated and satisfied employees are adequate financial compensation, good workplace relationships, and the interesting nature of the work. Although the research did not confirm a key role of employee benefits in the examined issue, employees are satisfied with their provision. Regular analyses of the demographic structure of employees may contribute to this positive perception, as significant differences were observed depending on age, gender, and highest level of education.
