Porovnání dosažené spolehlivosti silničních vozidel

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním dosažené spolehlivosti silničních nákladních vozidel. Vozidla, na kterých je analýza prováděna jsou tahače silničních návěsů firmy SPETRA CZ s.r.o. K analýze bylo vybráno 14 nákladních silničních vozidel dvou typů. Dále je popsána plánovaná údržba vozidel v autorizovaných servisech výrobce vozidel firmy SCANIA Czech Republic s.r.o. Je uveden teoretický základ spolehlivosti a jednotlivé postupy při získávání a zpracování experimentálních dat. Byl použit analytický odhad parametrů Weibullova rozdělení pro posuzování spolehlivosti a provedeno zhodnocení nákladů na údržbu. V závěru práce jsou dosažené výsledky porovnány jak z hlediska ekonomického, tak z hlediska technického, ze kterého vyplývají vlastnosti spolehlivosti a nákladů na údržbu jednotlivých typů vozidel.

My diploma thesis deals with a comparison of reliability of road transportation vehicles. The transportations vehicles are truck of trailer owned by SPETRA CZ s.r.o. . There are two types of 14 road transportations vehicles chosen. Planed vehicles maintenance in authorized services garages of car manufacturer SCANIA Czech republic s.r.o.. is detaily described in the following part of my thesis. There are theoretical principles of the reliability as well as individual procedures of obtained and proceed is experimental data listed. The analytical estimation of Weibull´s division parameters was used to evaluate the the reliability and prospective cost of the maintenance related. In the conclusion there are the achieved results compared with the respect to the economical as well as the technical point of view. The results also show the characteristics of the reliability and the vehicles maintenance cost of individual vehicles types.
