Vliv výrobních nepřesností na napěťový stav prutové konstrukce

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis conversant with problems influence of manufacturing imperfection in truss construction for machinery parts and components. Model truss construction was created by Ansys Workbench 13 with the Finite Element Method. Dimension and frontier property was petting by Huisman company, conversant among others mechanical units with truss construction. Especially in these construction arise imperfection in the production, which may cause a change of behavior ideally straight construction. The result of this thesis is a graphical dependence factor of change stress and the factor of load multiplier on desired construction, manufacturing imperfection and varying loads.
