Pružnost a jistota na trhu práce v podmínkách České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Pružnost a jistota na trhu práce v podmínkách ČR je zaměřena na koncept flexicurity, který představuje efektivní kombinaci flexibility a jistoty, díky které lze dosáhnout nízké nezaměstnanosti, zdravého a štědrého sociálního systému a dalších výhod na trhu práce. Zkoumá pilíře flexicurity, což jsou jakési základní kameny, na kterých je koncept postaven, v institucionálním prostředí českého trhu práce, a porovnává je s dalšími zeměmi. Dále se práce zabývá složkami a cestami flexicurity, které navrhla Evropská komise, a které by měly být vodítkem ke zlepšení situace na evropských pracovních trzích. Členské země se potýkají s různými problémy, proto by každá země měla zvážit svou situaci a zvolit si vlastní cestu k flexicurity. Problematické oblasti českého pracovního trhu jsou rozebrány v rámci jednotlivých pilířů.

Bachelor thesis called Flexibility and Security on the Labour Market in Conditions of the Czech Republic is focused on the concept of flexicurity, which is an effective combination of flexibility and security, through which it can achieved low unemployment, healthy and generous social benefits and other labor market advantages. Examining the pillars of flexicurity, which are the cornerstones on which the concept is built, in the institutional environment of the Czech labor market, and compares it with other countries. Next, the thesis deals with the components and pathways of flexicurity, which proposed the European Commission, which should serve as a guideline to improve the situation on European labor markets. EU member countries are faced different problems, therefore, each country should consider their situation and choose their own path to flexicurity. Problem areas of the Czech labor market are discussed in the individual pillars.
