Sada sedlových kufrů k cestovnímu motocyklu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompletním návrhem sedlových kufrů k cestovnímu motocyklu včetně rámu pro jeho uchycení. Hlavní podmínkou návrhu je snížit cenu kufru na minimální hodnotu oproti trhu. V první části práce se zaměřuji na seznámení se s trhem, nabízenými produkty, jejich zpracování a cenou. Další část bakalářské práce tvoří technická zpráva obsahující upřesnění zadání, požadavkový list, funkční strukturu, orgánovou strukturu, hrubou a úplnou stavební strukturu. V poslední části práce jsou kontrolní výpočty jednotlivých části kufru nebo rámu pro kufr. Kufr i rám pro kufr jsem nakonec kontroloval i pomocí počítače. Provedl jsem pevnostní kontrolu součástí pomocí metody konečných prvků.

My Bachelor Thesis is dealing with the complete design of the panniers for a Touring Motorcycle, including the frame for Panniers attachment. The main goal of the draft is to lower the cost of the panniers in comparison with current market rate. In the first part of my thesis I focus on familiarization with the market, other products on offer, their processes and price. The following part of my thesis is formed by the technical report containing the specification of the assignment, the list of requirements, functionality and body structure, rough and complete body structure. In the last part of my thesis I concentrate on checking the calculations of individual parts of the panniers and its frame. Finally I have entered the calculations for the panniers and its frame through the PC. I inspected the strength of the parts using Finite Element Method.
