Zlepšování výrobního procesu za použití nástrojů Six Sigma

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis is concerned with the production process of a given product and its improving via Six Sigma Tools. First of all, the thesis will introduce the initial state of the production process. After that, we construct the product using the DMAIC methodology. The aim is to minimize one of the most common flaws of the given product but also to maximize the profit performance. Firstly, the problem is outlined using the Pareto analysis among other methods. Afterwards, the collection of data during the fabrication process is performed. The data are analyzed via Ishikawa diagram and 5x WHY. Then, the suggested improvements, which result important for the minimization of the problem during the analysis, are implemented. The last part of the thesis covers the process during which the verified improvements are standardized and the compliance with the changes is monitored.
