Zpracování strategické analýzy pro vybraný podnik

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na provedení strategické analýzy na vybraném podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy a teoretická vysvětlení analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V druhé části je představený podnik, na kterém je analýzy zpracována. V praktické části jsou aplikovány jednotlivé metody z teoretické části. Na jejich základě jsou navržená doporučení.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the processing of strategic analysis for a selected company. The first theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and theoretical explanations of the analysis of the internal and external environment. The second part presents the company on which the analysis is processed. In the practical part are applied individual methods from theoretical part. Based on them are proposed recommendations .
