Vliv sdílených hodnot etického řízení na organizační kulturu vybrané organizace

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on examining the influence of shared values of ethical leadership on the organisational culture within a selected organisation. The aim of the thesis was to determine how ethical values implemented by management affect the functioning of the organisation. In the practical part, a quantitative survey was conducted through questionnaires focused on the typologies of organisational culture and the ethical decision-making of managerial staff. The qualitative perspective was ensured through a semi-structured interview. Based on the findings, recommendations were proposed to support a desirable organisational culture and to strengthen ethical values in corporate practice.
