Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on construction design of the mechanical tennis ball launcher. The introduction includes summary of available devices on the market. My construction design is derived out of the devices on the market. The launching mechanism consist of two vertically positioned rotating reels. Each reel with its own engine. Belt transfer is used for transmission of spinning moment. Designed shaft is controlled by static and dynamic strength. Following up is calculation of bearing durability and ensuring sufficient capacity for the ball launcher stack. Next part covers calculation of the tennis ball accurately hitting the tennis court.
