Výzkum významu aplikace předehřevu základové desky v procesu SLM

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of base plate preheating on the generated residual stress in the additive technology Selective Laser Melting (SLM). In the first part of the work, a search of current knowledge concerning preheating and base plate temperature is performed in relation to several materials. In the practical part, an experiment is then performed, in which fifty pieces of samples in the shape of a bridge were printed. Twenty samples were made of aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg, ten of them without preheating and the remaining ten with preheating of the base plate to 170 ° C. In each batch, the bridges were further divided into groups. The given groups differ in the direction of the scanning vector, which according to the performed search also has an effect on the residual stress. The remaining thirty bridges are processed in the same way, but with the change of material to 316L stainless steel. The evaluation of the residual stress is realized by measuring the deflection of the bridges. Each measurement was repeated four times and the resulting values were compared with each other.
