Deskové výměníky tepla , konstrukce a aplikace.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá koncepcí deskových výměníků tepla. V první části bakalářské práce je formou rešerše literatury zpracováno rozdělení deskových výměníku tepla dle jejich konstrukčních vlastností. Dále je zde uveden přehled typů teplosměnných desek a dalších příslušenství. Závěrem této části je uvedení některých možných využití DVT v praxi. V druhé části bakalářské práce je zahrnutá teorie výpočtu deskových výměníku. Pro rozebíratelný deskový výměník tepla Alfa Laval M3-FG je proveden tepelný výpočet vycházející z předem popsané teorie. Dále je uvedeno použití výpočtového programu CAS200 a H4502.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the concept of the Plate Heat Exchangers. In the first part of the thesis, the distribution of the plate heat Exchangers according to their design characteristics is processed. Moreover, the list of the types of heat transfer plates and other accessories is enclosed. Finally, there is the indication of some possible use of the Plate Heat Exchangers in practice. In the second part of the thesis, the theory of calculating the Plate Heat Exchangers is covered. The thermal calculation based on previously described theory is made for the dismountable plate Heat Exchanger Alfa Laval M3-FG. The use of the calculation softwares CAS200 and H4502 is also noted.
