Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of cooling device pilot for treatment and physiotheraphy of knee joint. In research part is mentioned importance of cooling treatment, including summary of State of the Art. Design of pilot respect metodical procedure of designing. After processing of requirements list, technical proces, functional structure and morphological matrix was choose organ structure. On base of this structure has been created production and technical documentation, according to which structural parts of the device was manufactured, including 3D print manufacturing of the parts and assembling of the device. Thesis include the operating results of the device in the form of graphs, including recommendations for further development of the device.
