Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals Study of Influence Powdering Surface Substrate on Quality of Thin Protective Coating. The introduction describes the influence of dust particles
on the adhesion of the coating to the substrate materiál. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the study of surface treatment, surface preparation of the substrate before
to coating, the properties of dust particles adhering to the surface of the steel substrate
and their effect on the adhesion of thin organic coating. The experimental part deals with the testing of two coating systems for protecting the surface of the base material aluminum alloy for automotive applications. Test paints were VCI-368 and impregnating the coating for transport. A proposal for the execution and evaluation of experimental work takes the form of photographs and tables. According to results of grid test and test of X-cut it was shown, that the applied coatings has very good adhesion properities to the surface substrate material.
