Přezkoumání systému managementu jakosti ve firmě VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s.

Abstract

The essence of this Bachelor Thesis is to approximate to the general public the concept of quality and its use in practice. For this purpose I cooperated with VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s., which agreed to allow a review of their quality management. The theoretical section is concerned with describing the characteristics of quality control, its basic principles and approach to its implementation. This is followed by an outline of the three basic concepts of quality management and their specification. The theoretical part concludes with an overview of the basic distribution, structure and purpose of documentation utilised in a typical quality management system. In the practical part of my Bachelor Thesis I have focused on an analysis of the current state of quality management in VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s. and a comparison of its system to the standard ISO 9001:2008.
