Abstract

This thesis deals with the rationalization of the production system in the company KOVORYS Ltd. Rationalization is focused on the process of iron bars and profiles production. The aim is to eliminate the major problems leading to the emergence of losses and thereby increase the productivity on specific sites and overall concept. The pictures of workers working days are carried on the basis of the analysis and assessment of the current state. The problematic point in the time shift has been found by these pictures. The next part contains a proposal addressing the methodological approach. It includes drawn pictures of operations that indicate how consumption standards development work.
