Návrh přípravku na lisování ložisek ve flexotiskovém stroji

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of installation tool for mounting bearings that support a hollow shaft in the winding module of a flexographic printing machine manufactured by SOMA spol. s r.o. The aim is to develop a tool that enables precise and safe press-fitting of bearings and proper shaft positioning, eliminating the shortcomings of the current assembly process. The introductory part of the thesis outlines the theoretical background of plain and rolling bearing assembly and describes the current state of the assembly process. The design section provides a detailed description of each component of the fixture. The final part presents the fixture assembly procedure and recommended maintenance.
