Vnímání bezpečnosti práce a spravedlnosti u agenturních a kmenových zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on comparing the perception of occupational safety and organizational justice between permanent and agency employees in a selected manufacturing plant. The theoretical part defines key concepts in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), corporate culture with a focus on the Japanese management model, and the legislative framework of agency employment in the Czech Republic. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey using standardized methodologies: NOSACQ-50 (shortened version) and Colquitt’s Organizational Justice Scale. The aim of the thesis was to identify differences in the attitudes of these two groups of employees towards the safety climate and the fairness of internal processes. The results of the research indicate less favorable perceptions among agency employees and suggest measures to improve integration and safety culture within the company.
