Abstract

The aim of the thesis is a appraisal procedure of the strategic performance in Tebyt Aš, spol. Ltd. company. In addition to a tradicional financial indicators will be evaluated BSC, revealing the potential business growth opportunities and will be a key factor in identifing performance improvement. First part will be focused to a teoretical chracterisation issuses, involving in the definition and assessment BSC, and other methods of analysis, which will evaluate in the thesis on a data of Tebyt Aš Company, Ltd. The second part will focused to a aplication of the established procedures to monitor the firm. We'll define the firm and its activities. By tihis followed a particular perspective to the BSC, strategic analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis, including comparisons with the competition and on the findings of the planned financial statements. In the last part, we will suggest a strategy to a better business performance, which will take a BSC perspectives stronger and do an operational process efficiency.
