Analýza procesu výměny náplně válce pístového spalovacího motoru

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on numerical simulation calculations of piston combustion engines. It describes the issue of the process of creating numerical computational models of the cylinder gas exchange process, their calibration and interpretation of the results. The theoretical part of work describes the current state of knowledge in terms of gas exchange process and mathematical modeling of internal combustion engines, basic geometric and operational parameters and their interdependence. The experimental part deals with analysis of low pressure and high-pressure indication for selected spark ignition combustion engine. The results of the experiment are used to validate and subsequently calibrate computational models of a reciprocating piston engine. Part of the thesis is the methodology of creation, validation and calibration of the 3D computational model of the cylinder gas exchange process by means of finite volumes method with moving net in the software environment STAR CD / ES-ICE. Part of the methodology is also the calibration of a complex computational model created in the GT-SUITE software environment. The model is used as a source of input data for analysis of the cylinder gas exchange process. The proposed comprehensive methodology of the analysis of the cylinder gas exchange process is verified at the real combustion engine.
