The master thesis focuses on the possibilities of the system combination of heat pump and photovoltaic system for a family house. The theoretical part of the thesis includes heat pumps and their division, principle of operation and also the main parameters. Furthermore, the photovoltaic effect, the types of solar panels and the PV systems are described. The practical part then consists of the determination of the heat consumption for heating the building and heating the hot water, as well as the electricity consumption of domestic appliances. Using the Meteonorm database, balance and capacity calculations are performed to create a design for the cooperation of a heat pump with a PV system. In conclusion, an evaluation for each design is made from an energy, economic and environmental point of view.
