Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with concept of technology machining deep holes in tubesheets, that are used for low-pressure or high-pressure heaters of nuclear power stations. The introduction contains objectives of this work, specifications of range of products, tubesheets and workplaces horizontal boring machines, where should be drilling deep holes. In the next chapter is dealed technology of drilling deep holes, tools in common use, incident defects, checks and measurements with solutions of repairs. The practical part is dealing of concept complement current machine equipment for given technology, testing and choosing tools. In the last part of this work is economical evaluation of new technology, which them was made some tubesheets.
