Moderní metody řízení výroby a její využití v praxi

Abstract

Modern management methods of production are only guides and advices for companies in order to run the production successfully. However, the companies are supposed to understand and predict that production management is widespread and long-term process. It is also a possible way for companies how to raise profit. The goal of my bachelor thesis is describing production process of the McDonald’s corporation. I made analysis which judge whether their methods are successful or not based on comparing several assessment factors before and after adopting McDonald’s own production process.
