Diagnostika radiálních kouřových ventilátorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konstrukce a diagnostikou radiálních a axiálních ventilátorů. Provedení diagnostiky je pomocí bezdemontážní metody vibrodiagnostiky, s popsanou teoretickou přípravou a s určením poruchových frekvencí jednotlivých komponent. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé součásti ventilátorů a vysvětleny činnosti odprašovacího zařízení kotelny a odlučování dřevního prachu. Následuje příprava vibrodiagnostiky v podobě stanovení měřících míst, stanovení snímače, stanovení měřícího přístroje a způsobu vyhodnocení. V další části jsou popsána praktická měření s následnou analýzou a vyhodnocením frekvenčních spekter vibrací. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky měření, s návrhem nápravného opatření.

The Master Thesis focuses on problems of the construction and diagnostics of the radial and axial fans. Diagnostics is make up by the vibrodiagnostics method with described teoretical preparation and with the determination of the disturbance frequences of the components. Then there are described fans components and explained activities of the dust- collecting appliance of the boiler house and wood dust separation. After that follow the preparation of the vibrodiagnostics - determination of the measure places, sensor, measure instrument and the method of evaluation. In the next part there are described practical measurements followed by the analysis and evaluation vibration‘s frequency spectrum. At the end there are summarized the measure results, with the concept of the corrective measures.
