Návrh skladování a toku materiálu v MES systému

Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with storage optimization, especially the design of storage spaces and materiál flow in the MES system. In the first part of the thesis general terms and information about logistics in general, supply logistics, storage logistics are defined. Furthermore, analyses and methods are theoretically explained, which are further used on specific cases. At the beginning of the second part, DAS Czech Republic s.r.o., its global network, history and production program are introduced. The practical part is also devoted to the analysis of the storage space. SWOT analysis is used to determine bottlenecks, CPM method, which determines the time required, etc. Based on the analyzes, the selection of a potential supplier and the subsequent installation of their products is carried out. The last part of the thesis is devoted to a summary of the achieved results
