Racionalizace výroby součásti vstřikovacího lisu na CNC obráběcím centru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on rationalization of the injection press production on the CNC machining center. The least effective operation was identified and subsequently analyzed in terms of cutting parameters, production times and costs. The primary goal of the work was to optimize the operation. For this purpose, 3 possible variants were calculated. The first variant was calculated according to the recommended cutting parameters of the manufacturer, the second variant was based on current set conditions in the company and the last variant was the design of the ideal cutting conditions. This goal was fulfilled and at the end of the work economic evaluation was carried out.
