Abstract

This thesis deals with the management of the quality of the injection process in the production of components in the enterprise Garsys s.r.o. The aim is to improve the quality and the quality of final products. The work contains a description of the injection molding machine and analysis of existing quality management. Based on the findings and the current state of production are proposed solutions to reduce production costs and reduce the number of unwanted parts. The quality of the final solution proposals moldings are applied directly to the injection molding machine and finally, an evaluation of the proposed solutions.
