Analýza dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů vybrané společnosti. V první části práce je popsána obecná charakteristika dané problematiky a shrnuty základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů. Druhá část práce je věnována analýze současného stavu společnosti s důrazem na dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy a také analýze zakázek v jednotlivých letech z hlediska obratu, odběratelů i času vyřízení zakázky. V další části práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a na základě těchto zjištění jsou navržena případná opatření na zlepšení zjištěných problémů. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno stručné vyhodnocení navrhovaných změn.

The master thesis focuses on the analysis of supplier-customer relationships in a selected company. The first part of the thesis describes the general characteristics of the issue and summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of supplier-customer relationships. The second part is devoted to an analysis of the company’s current situation, with an emphasis on supplier-customer relationships, as well as an analysis of orders in individual years in terms of both turnover and order processing time. The following section summarizes the identified findings, and based on these findings, appropriate measures are proposed to improve the identified issues. The final part of the thesis provides a brief evaluation of the proposed changes.
