Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on changing the properties of the vehicle when changing the position of the center of the gravity. The first part deals with the description of the basic types of drivetrain concept used, which is very important for the issue of the center of gravity of cars. This is also related to the effect of weight distribution on the steering of the vehicle. In the computing part I compare the behaviour of the empty and loaded van while turning and braking. Purpose of this work is to find out at what speed the vehicle skids and when it overturns. Aim of the part dedicated to braking is to compare the change of the load on the front axle.
