Analýza vlivu křivosti tepny na napjatost v aterosklerotickém plátu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the change of stress in the atherosclerotic plaque when the curvature of the damaged artery is changed. The first part describes biomechanics of arterial and researched of cells dealing with the calculation of stress in atherosclerotic plaque. In the next part is modelled the parametric 3D model of the curved artery with atherosclerosis and subsequently the finite element method analyzes the effect of the change its curvature on the resulting stress.
