Studie možností manuálního vyrovnání ložiskové skříně turbíny 131-9B APU

Abstract

The two main tasks of the thesis were submited. Firstly, to determine whether the residual stress after welding parts plays a major role in the distortion of the geometry of the skirt turbine APU 131-9B, in other words, whether the dimensions exceed the specified drawing tolerance. The result of this simulation will help to decide if the others technological solutions needs to be find to the complete parts or not. A second task is the study of a manual adjustment of the maximum deflection component, using the proposed design options at own discretion. This study will provide information how can be a part adjusted a manually without violating its integrity.
