Abstract
Task of the work herein is to consider the impact of the production inaccuracy to the concentration of the strain within specified geometry by means of the Finite Element Method (herein after FEM only. Geometry is represented with the closed cross section as used by the Huisman company while any and all dimensions were selected from their materials. Model has been created in Workbench (ANSYS 13) program. A decision has been made to consider both the impact of inaccuracy and length of the section simultaneously. The calculation would be performed repeatedly under two different limit conditions, said would result in tables and graphs showing the influence of tested parameters to the strain concentration at critical location, pertinently of the entire part.
