Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic drive metal chips crusher. Entering follows a practical example of an actual crusher where hydraulic drive in use showed some weaknesses, especially jerky operation and frequent jamming of the crusher. The work proposed hydraulic drive crusher designed as a closed hydraulic circuit with non-regulatory radial piston hydraulic motor and axial piston hydraulic pump with variable geometric volume. The diagram of the hydraulic circuit was created also the design calculation was carried out and the specification of the main elements was created. Designed drive will have a greater rigidity, greater torque of the hydraulic motor, smooth acceleration and higher efficiency.
