Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a primary air heater integrated into the lowpressure circuit of the boiler for ZEVO. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to thermal treatment of waste with a focus on the operation of ZEVO with significantly limited lowtemperature chloride corrosion and also on the current legislative requirements for emissions production. The last chapter of the theoretical part is a description of the possibilities of used air heaters.
The practical part contains the justification of the chosen concept for ZEVO with significantly limited chloride corrosion and the scheme of regulation of the outlet temperature of the primary air heater. The next chapter contains a model of the primary air heater integrated into the low pressure circuit of the boiler and an analysis of the impact on the R-C cycle used. The following is a proposal for the heater concept, including thermal calculation with regard to the selected method of regulation. An integral part of the work is the calculation project of the heater.
