Návrh na zavedení koncepce společenské odpovědnosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na zavedení konceptu společenské odpovědnosti ve vybrané organizaci, kterou je Kampus Palace. Cílem práce bylo provést detailní analýzu společensky odpovědných aktivit, které již Kampus Palace přijal za své a mohly by tvořit základ pro aplikaci konceptu CSR do této organizace. První kapitola je věnována teoretickým východiskům tohoto konceptu. V následující kapitole je vybraná organizace charakterizována a je zde zmíněná také její strategická pozice a historie budovy, ve které sídlí. V praktické části práce je analyzována současná úroveň uplatnění koncepce společenské odpovědnosti v organizaci. Zvolenými metodami potřebnými k této analýze bylo dotazníkové šetření, strukturovaný rozhovor a studium internetových zdrojů. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění úrovně uplatňování společensky odpovědných aktivit ve fungování kampusu. Na tomto základě byly následně uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.

The thesis is focused on the proposal for implementating the concept of social responsibility in a selected organization which is Kampus Palace. The aim of the thesis was to carry out a detailed analysis of the socially responsible activities already taken by the Kampus Palace which could form the basis for applying the concept of CSR to this organization. First chapter is devoted to the theoretical basis of this concept. In the following chapter, the selected organization is characterized. Its strategic position and history of the building in which it resides is also mentioned here. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the current level of application of the concept of social responsibility in the organization. The methods chosen for this analysis were questionnaire survey, structured interview and study of Internet resources. The result of the thesis was to determine the level of application of socially responsible activities in the functioning of the campus. On this basis, suggestions and recommendations were subsequently presented.
