Alternativní zapojení chlazení roštu u kotlů fy. VYNCKE pro spalování biomasy

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with using of heat which is obtained by cooling of grate. The heat is used for warming up of combustion air in the specific boiler of Vyncke company. In the introduction are some kinds of grates, especially water cooled grates approached. Such types of grates are the most used grates by Vyncke company worldwide. Before geometry design of heat exchanger (water – air), stoichiometry and heat calculations were made in advance. The designed heat exchanger for warming up of combustion air can be fully used not only for boilers which burn wood, but also any other type of biomass with combination of Vyncke cooled grate. The designed exchanger is documented in the enclosure of the master thesis.
