Aplikace softwaru pro monitorovaní procesu obrábění ve výrobě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá použitím monitorovacích systémů na obráběcích strojích. V první části práce se zaměřujeme na druhy a teoretický rozbor monitorovacích systémů obráběcích strojů. V druhé části práce se zabíráme experimentem simulace hrubovací operace obrobku. Aplikujeme software pro adaptivní řízení posuvu na součást, kterou se snažíme co nejvíce přiblížit reálnému obrábění ve výrobě. Vyhodnocujeme vliv systému AFC na trvanlivost, produktivitu a zároveň sledujeme proces obrábění kdy je systém aktivní a neaktivní.

This Bachelor thesis focuses on uses of monitoring systems on machine tools. In the first part of the thesis, we focus on types and a theoretical analysis of monitoring systems of machine tools. In the second part we focus on an experiment of a simulation of a workpiece roughing operation. We apply software for adaptive feed control on the part that we want to bring to the real machining in the production as nearest as possible. We evaluate the AFC system’s influence on durability and productivity and at the same time we observe the process of machining with the system on or off.
