Abstract

The theme of this diploma’s thesis is „Development of Approaches to Processes Performance Measurement within Quality Management Systems“. This diploma’s thesis deals especially with philosophy Lean Six Sigma. The major aim of this diploma’s thesis is design for improvement the methodology Processes Performance Measurement with using the the philosophy Lean Six Sigma and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The improvement of the original methodology is based especially on interconnection the philosophy Lean Six Sigma and the Key Performance Indicators, but as well on visualization of obtained data from Processes Performance Measurement.
