Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the exhaust system laboratory furnace. Emphasis is placed on designing and selecting the right components for flawless operation of the vacuum system. The thesis also deals with the design of the cover melting section, hermetic furnace parts and design of drive feed burner. The search section discusses the various options and components. After specifying the requirements for the vacuum pump is determined by the structure of the functional and morphological matrix. The morphological matrix was chosen and prepared a proposal to rough building structures. Calculation of dealing with cooling and pressure losses in the cooling cap melting section. The drawings selected parts are enclosed in Annex bachelor thesis.
