Abstract
Master thesis deals with construction design of single-purpose machine for production of the miniature filters with plastic mesh and metal ring. These filters are used for filtration of fuel in injection valves for petrol engines. According to requirements for production method and volume, the variants of solution are designed, from which the most optimum design is developed in detail. Subsequently is described in detail the construction of machine, used drives, manipulators, designed efectors and duty cycle. Finally, the thesis is supported by calculations and the price calculation. 3D models and drawings were created in the working environment of Solidworks® 2014.
