Vývoj hospodaření statutárního města

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with Financial Management of the Statutory City of Olomouc. Theoretical part describes the legislative framework for local government and community is characterized as a concept under the Municipalities Act. It deals with rules for budgeting, budgetary projections and budgetary process. Analytical part describes the organizational structure of the city of Olomouc, devotes itself to direct town management. At the very end, then briefly describes the budget for 2010.
