| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje hospodaření statutárního města Olomouce. Teoretická část popisuje legislativní rámec územní samosprávy a charakterizuje obec, jakožto pojem dle zákona o obcích. Zabývá se pravidly pro sestavování rozpočtů, rozpočtovým výhledem a rozpočtovým procesem. Analytická část práce popisuje organizační strukturu města Olomouce, věnuje se přímo samotnému hospodaření města. V samotném závěru pak práce stručně popisuje rozpočet na rok 2010. | cs |
