Plánování a řízení skladového hospodářství v podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focusing on storage economy in a company BeWooden. The introduction of the theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of the issue and analyzing the current situation. On the basis of selected methods (ABC analysis, sales), an assessment of the current state of production planning and control and on the basis of their results are drawn suggestions. The aim is to appropriate recommendations of replenishment for the expected increase in demand at the end of the year 2016.
