Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis deals with dynamic analysis of four-axis lifting mechanism. In the first section of the thesis the mechanism is subjected to cinematic analysis. Mode analysis is executed by means of Ansys program, using finite element method. Cinematic analysis was used to define boundary conditions. Modal analysis was executed in order to define particular positions of mechanism. The non-linear bond found in the mechanism had to be substituted by means of coupling function. The use of this function induced the emergence of eigenforms which may never occur in actual mechanism. In order to eliminate these eigenforms additional models were established. The aim of these models was to find a sequence of ten eigenforms as similar to actual forms as possible. In a subsequent calculation the mechanism was analyzed in transition state, characterized as emergency shut-down. The aim of the calculation was to determine the angle of oscillation of the head bars in emergency shut-down.
