Abstract

This thesis deals with manufacturing process of pressure stock production as a components in paper mills assembly-lines. The production itself is located in Papcel concern, a. s. Litovel. Objective is to project new manufacturing method of pressure stocks. At the beginning of the work is focused on the theoretical part about milling, milling methods, types of mills and milling machines, types of cutting tools, clamping tools and workpieces or CNC milling. The next part describes the current methods of production joint problems that arose during subsequent operation of the closed inlet pressure. Related chapter is thus proposed a new method of manufacture of joints which leads to the overall efficiency and speed of production. Appendices contain technological processes and drawing documentations.
