Simulace proudění vody v článku kotle

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá simulací proudění vody v článku kotle s přestupem tepla. Na úvod jsou popsány základní matematické modely proudění, přestupu tepla stěnou a vlastnosti materiálu, ze kterého je článek kotle vyroben. Další kapitola upřesňuje nastavení softwaru ANSYS FLUENT a následné výpočty. Při vypracování je využit model k-ε a je zde počítáno s konstantními hodnotami měrné tepelné kapacity a tepelné vodivosti na povrchu článku a s těmito veličinami měnícími se v závislosti na teplotě.

This thesis deals with the simulation of water flow in Article boilers with heat transfer. At home we describe the basic mathematical models of flow, heat transfer wall and the properties of the material from which the article boilers manufactured. The next chapter explains setting software ANSYS FLUENT and subsequent calculations. In developing the model used k-ε and there is calculated with constant values of specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity on the cell surface as these quantities varying depending on the temperature.
