Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify the course of selection and adaptation of employees in SSI-Schäfer Hranice and according to the questionnaire survey to analyze the current state of selection and adaptation of employees in the organization. From the information gathered, suggest possible recommendations for improving this process. Based on a questionnaire survey, an analysis was performed. Accordingly, recommendations and suggestions for improving the selection and adaptation process of the selected organization were subsequently evaluated. Specifically, it was found, recommended and suggested: - 1. Testing of potential and acquired skills in THP workers, 2. Stress interviews with THP workers, 3rd assessment staff of THP staff, 4. Reducing the applicant's notification period 5. other adaptation methods 6. Interim evaluation and final evaluation 7. Addition of the staff adaptation plan. The main finding of this work is that the selected SSI Schaefer organization has no major mistakes regarding the process of selection and adaptation of employees, based on the results of the diploma thesis, the selection and adaptation process can be improved according to the recommendations and suggestions.
