Abstract

The thesis is focused on improving systems of selection and adaptation of employees in an organization. The aim of the thesis is based on an analysis of existing systems of selection and adaptation of employees in a company to recommend proposals to improve these systems. The theoretical part of the methodology and methods of processing the thesis, the issue of human resources management, recruitment, employee selection and adaptation process. The practical part focuses on a general description of the company and analysis systems selection and adaptation of employees through questionnaires and interviews with personnel manager. In the end, there are the suggestions and recommendations for improving the existing systems of selection and adaptation of selected employees of the company.
