Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes a method to detect the edges of the roadway based on the image processing of the video or camera images in real time. Introduction gives readers information about this work and its motivation. The following section introduces similar works. The theoretical part deals with the road edge detection, selecting the capture device, using libraries and implementing a basic description of the solution. The following section breaks down the solution in detail and implementation.The last chapter will discuss the measurements and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
