Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to design a new operational tool for hysteroscopy, which would have better operating characteristics than existing tools - reducing operating time, the ability to operate larger fibroids and polyps, as well as the possibility of using scissors, and compatibility with currently used hysteroskopy. Thesis can be divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information on the history and development of hysteroscopy, the basic anatomy of the uterus, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic instrumentation. And also contains proposals scissor mechanism using joints or springs. The practical part includes experimental findings required load forces. Strength analysis of tools in a pre-selected positions using the finite element method using the ANSYS Workbench
